About Me

My name is Ryan Hodek, I am a photographer and videographer based out of Sacramento, California with more than  a decade of experience. Beginning my work in video in late 2006, it wasn’t until December of 2009 that I began working in photo, starting with film/analog and progressing into the digital medium. I gather inspiration for my photography from many artists of various mediums, ranging from other photographers to painters, designers and even sculptors. An admirer of the art scene, artists such as Andy Warhol, Cleon Peterson and others have influenced my work; most notably the photography and video work of Warhol.
